#new did not create a new project using gpt-5 mini #287943

Type: Bug
Start VSCode, click Generate New Workspace…, pick GPT-5 Mini, describe the project, and execute the prompt. The app is created, but the workspace is never generated and no code is placed in the Explorer. I don't know where the code ended up.
