Context

This PR introduces new orchestrators for the Cagent runtime, enabling agents to be executed sequentially, in parallel, or in a loop.

Previously, the runtime only supported single-agent execution, which made it impossible to define sub-agents with structured execution flows or exit conditions.

With this change, orchestrators provide:

Sequential execution: sub-agents run one after another, preserving order.
Parallel execution: sub-agents run concurrently, but events are emitted in the original agent order.
Loop execution: a sub-agent or orchestrator can repeat until a max iteration count or a custom exit condition is met.

This allows building complex agent workflows while maintaining control over event emission and loop termination.

What I did

Added LoopAgentOrchestrator with support for:

Max iterations
Custom exit conditions per iteration
Added SequentialAgentOrchestrator to run multiple agents in strict order
Added ParallelAgentOrchestrator to run multiple agents concurrently but emit events in order
Added SingleAgentOrchestrator as the base case

Created comprehensive unit tests (runtime_orchestrator_test.go) covering:

Loop exit conditions
Sequential agent ordering
Parallel agent event ordering
Context cancellation handling

Integration Status

The feature for user messages with attachments via /attach is fully integrated into the CLI/TUI flow.
All tests in the runtime package, including those related to message preparation and attachments, have been executed and passed successfully.
There are no build errors or failing unit tests.

This confirms that the functionality is ready for use and does not break existing agent behavior.
